ILM Level 7 Certificate for Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors
Qualification requirements
The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) has a global network of over 2000 Approved Centres and over 70,000 people register for a qualification every year.
To gain the Level 7 Certificate for Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors you must:
- Attend the Elevate programme (7 days)
- Submit a portfolio of work based on the three mandatory units
- Complete at least 20 hours of coaching practice with three coachees

We provide all materials and full tutorial support from start to finish to ensure your success.
Expect the whole process to take between 10 and 18 months.
We have been an ILM Approved Centre since 2008.

For elevate programme alumni we have a series of group learning sessions that will further embed the principles and practices of our lead as your coach, coach as you lead philosophy. These sessions also provide CPD for executive coaches.
